The context, the need 📍
Connection, commissioning, troubleshooting, changing supplier... these are just some of the daily operations carried out by the operator of the public electricity distribution network in mainland France.
This player in the energy transition was looking to make RAG use cases easily and quickly accessible to part of its innovation teams (250 people, then 1000 users) and autonomously, in order to gain in efficiency, increase productivity and optimize the quality of service of employees in the field.
The approach, the solution 🛠
To meet this need, ILLUIN Technology has implemented AI Agents augmented by RAG tools thanks to ILLUIN Dialogue, a state-of-the-art conversational AI platform.
ILLUIN Technology's support focused on four main areas:
- Deployment ofILLUIN Dialogue by the energy distributor's teams, 4-handed with our Ops team on their AWS infrastructure (secure, stable and highly available thanks to redundant instances).
- Training teams to use the Dialogue tool to create use cases (training workshops for admins, innovators, etc.).
- Providing conversational AI Assistants models
- Provision of the Jira platform (project and ticket management tool) for support, and Confluence for Knowledge Management and documentation (creation, sharing and exploitation of knowledge between teams).
