On the weekend of September 13, 2024, the members of the ILLUIN Technology team, affectionately known as the Illuiners, gathered in an exceptional setting for their 2024 summer seminar. This unique moment offered the opportunity to reflect collectively on our trajectory and future ambitions, but above all to reaffirm our shared vision: Change the Code.
Time to reflect on the essentials
The seminar enabled the entire team to take a step back from current activities and look ahead to future projects. More than a simple review, it was an opportunity to reassess the impact of our work, not only on our customers, but also on society as a whole. Under the banner of "One ILLUIN", we redefined the foundations of our commitment to innovation and sustainable digital transformation.

A seminar focused on people
But this seminar wasn't just about technology and projects. Above all, it was a time for cohesion and team-building. Whether through sporting challenges or moments of collective reflection, every activity - from cycling to raft building - helped to further weld the team together and strengthen our commitment to a common future.
