How ILLUIN Technology optimizes the efficiency of Century 21 agents in the field with Voice Parser

The context, the need 📍

A leading player with a network of nearly 1,000 real estate agencies in France, CENTURY 21 is a member of the Arche group, an ecosystem of French players specialized in real estate that includes several agency networks (Laforêt, Guy Hoquet, Century 21, Nestenn, etc.), as well as subsidiaries in condominium management, insurance and real estate diagnostics.

In order to carry out estimates for properties offered for sale or rent by customers, CENTURY 21 real estate agents had to manually fill in around twenty different fields in the form on their application (common to the Arche group) from a cell phone or touch-sensitive tablet. This time-consuming and tedious process could sometimes lead to errors and incomplete data. The CENTURY 21 group was looking for a solution to save time for its agents in the field, while optimizing the quality of integrated data.

The approach, the solution 🛠

To meet these needs, our team was asked to help CENTURY 21 solve this problem with an innovative AI solution.

We have integrated our in-house AI product ILLUIN Voice Parser into CENTURY 21 real estate agents' "Appli du conseiller". Voice Parser is a conversational assistant dedicated to sales representatives, field agents and telephone advisors, capable of transcribing voice conversations, extracting key information and entering it into the CRM (or IS applications) in real time!

With this integration, real estate agents can now report on property visits using intelligent voice input in real time, and produce estimates much more quickly. Voice Parser automatically fills in the information fields on the forms, which are then transmitted to CENTURY 21's centralized Information System.
